Map a Network Printer on a Mac
- Click the System Preferences button in the dock
- Click on the icon Print & Fax
- Next click the + button under the header Printers.
- Press the IP button on the top of the screen.
- In the address field type in your printers IP address (i.e. 101.101.101.101). Press the add button.
- The computer should auto detect the printers settings. If all are correct click continue.
- If everything is working you should see your network printer under the Printers header
