Describe the process of how to access a shared mailbox

Process Steps:

  1. Select Tools >> Email accounts
  2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next
  3. Select your exchange account, and click the Change button
  4. Click the More Settings button
  5. Once the Microsoft Exchange Server window is open, click on Advanced


  1. Click Add and type the name of the Shared Mailbox you want to access
  2. Finish up by clicking OK > Next > Finish > Close
