Purpose:
Describe the process of how to access a shared mailbox
Process Steps:
- Select Tools >> Email accounts
- Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next
- Select your exchange account, and click the Change button
- Click the More Settings button
- Once the Microsoft Exchange Server window is open, click on Advanced
- Click Add and type the name of the Shared Mailbox you want to access
- Finish up by clicking OK > Next > Finish > Close
